and is there a connection between subdivisions and cities?
How can I access that?

It represents a administrative division.
So far, there is no connection between the cities and the subdivisions. We will discuss the best way to implement it.

I can consider the field "adminCode" as the State name in United State? i.e.: adminCode: "TX", TX is Texas?
