There is no relationship with sub-division in cities database. Its not useful, if there is no relation.

@prasenjitkrishnadeb, if it's not useful to you, it does not mean is not useful for everybody. Many people use this database without that relation. The database is provided "as is" and if you wish, you can become a collaborator to it and add the missing relations yourself.
