What is the price per extra data storage?
Upon crossing your storage threshold, you'll be subject to a $15 monthly fee for each additional gigabyte of data storage required.
What is the price per extra request?
- MVP Plan: After exceeding your quota, additional requests are billed at $5 per 100k requests.
- Pay-as-you-go Plan: After exceeding your quota, additional requests are billed at $2 per 100k requests.
What is the price per extra file storage?
After exceeding your quota, additional storage is billed at $1 per each 10 gigabytes of storage.
What is the price per extra data transfer?
After exceeding your quota, additional data transfer is billed at $0.1 per each 1 gigabyte of transfer.

How many apps can I run on the Dedicated Plan?
Our dedicated plan supports up to five applications. If you need a customized plan to run more apps, contact us. We're happy to help set something up that works for your specific needs.
Does the Dedicated Plan offer unlimited requests?
The Dedicated Plan operates on a fixed resource structure, a cluster with 8 CPUs/16GB, processing as many requests as the hardware can handle. However, it's important to emphasize that it doesn't imply unlimited capacity and does not mean it can support any workload, regardless of size and volume.
Are the thresholds on the Dedicated Plan per app or plan?
The thresholds specified on the Dedicated Plan apply to the cluster and not to each individual application. For instance, the total file storage will be 1TB for all applications, not for each one.
Do you charge per app?
Yes, we do. The exception is the Dedicated Plan that supports up to five apps on each subscription.
How to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time. All you need to do is fill out a cancellation form on your account.
What type of support will I receive?
The kind of support you receive depends on your plan. The chart above tells you exactly what level of support you can expect from each plan.
Is there a cap on the number of projects I have on the free tier?
You can have up to five projects on the free tier.
How do I upgrade / downgrade my plans?
Log in and go to the plan usage section of the dashboard. From there, click upgrade and select the plan you wish to move to. You can downgrade this way, as well. To learn more, click here.
