This database provides a detailed list of aircraft models, aircraft manufacturers, and countries. It contains current aircraft models and also old ones that are no longer in service. You can retrieve the data via API requests, clone the database or download it in a JSON format.

This dataset provide a list with the aircraft manufacturers, a relation to the their models, and the country that the aircraft was fabricated.
ClassAircraft_Manufacturer_by_Country
This dataset lists all countries and their respective aircraft makers. For example, the USA will have Boing, Cessna, Gulfstream, and etc as manufacturers.
ClassFixed_Wing_Rotary_Wing
This dataset segregates the aircraft models by wing type. For example, the Sikorsky S92 will be helicopter (rotary wing) and the Boing 747 will be an airplane (fixed wing).
ClassListOfAircraftModel
This dataset contains all aircraft models, manufacturers and countries.

List of Aircraft Models by Manufacturer by Country, and by Wing Type

This is a very detailed database with all aircraft models. Both in service and out of service aircraft are available. The database has 4 datasets and each dataset contains information about the aircraft model, maker, and type (helicopter or airplane). The database does also provide the ICAO and IATA codes for each model.
