This public database contains a single dataset (class) called Color with 957 colors, their names, and their RGB codes. All the data can be fetched via REST or GraphQL API.
You can either clone it to a new app under your account or connect to one of your existing apps.

A complete overview of RGB
This is a color model that is used to form an array of different colors of light with the combination of the red, green, and blue colors of light. As the main 3 sources of light are in red, green, and blue color, so, the name of this model is RGB that means the first letter of every color of light.
Why is the RGB model used?
In the electronic devices like the projectors, cameras, sensors, displays, and other devices that work with optical information, it is not very easy to produce the hardware for each different color. For this purpose, the RGB model is used. This is because it can produce a broad array of colors by using only these three colors which are red, green, and blue.
The Significance of the RGB mode:
Although the RGB model is a model that works using only 3 main colors of light. This is why it is used as a standard for many electrical devices. However, the production of the array of different colors can vary. This is because different manufacturers use different types of hardware. This makes the values a little bit different.
What is the color model?
The color model is a mathematical model that tells how the colors can be represented in the form of numbers. Most of the time this model uses 3 or 4 values for the colors. This table of numbers representing the colors can be used to describe the methods that can be used for molding the human color vision.
As the numbers are precisely associated with different values for each component, we get a set of colors that is called “Color Space.”
