Guinea-Bissau is often confused with Guinea, Equatorial Guinea, and some others as well. Guinea-Bissau is Portuguese Guinea, and it is known as the Republic of Guinea-Bissau officially. It is present in West Africa and shares its borders on the north with Senegal and on the south-east with Guinea. It is a small country covering only about 36125 square kilometers of land area.
