Each prompt represents an interaction or command given to the AI Agent. Depending on your plan, you have a limit to how many prompts you can use in a month. Once the limit is reached, additional prompts will incur extra costs.

If you exceed the monthly prompt limit for your plan, you will need to purchase additional prompts. For the Pro Agent plan, every USD 1.00 will grant you an additional 20 prompts. Alternatively, you can consider upgrading to a plan with a higher prompt limit or wait until the next month's allocation is refreshed.

Billing is based on a monthly cycle, starting from the day you initiate your plan. Charges are determined by the plan you select and any additional prompts you purchase. For the Pro Agent plan, if you exceed your monthly prompt limit, you will be charged USD 1.00 for every additional 20 prompts used. For the Elite Agent plan, if you exceed your monthly prompt limit, you will be charged USD 100.00 for every additional 70 prompts used.

GPT-3.5-Turbo and GPT-4 are advanced AI models that work integrated with Back4app Agent with GPT-4 being the latest and more capable. Depending on your plan, you'll have access to one of these models which will determine the efficiency and output quality of your AI Agent tasks.

On the Free plan, you are limited to just 1 agent per account. If you need more agents, you would have to upgrade to one of our paid plans. There is no set limit to the number of agents you can have per account on the paid plans. However, each agent within your account will have its own individual consumption towards the limits. This means every agent operates independently, and its usage does not affect the other agents in your account.
