"I-" is the optional prefix of Italian CAP postal codes, usually followed by a 5-digit code. In Italy, region name isn't used with postal addresses, but Provincia is included in province's capitals 2-digit abbreviation.
However, this 2-letter abbreviation isn't included in the addresses for towns characterized by multi-cap in the city centers they have.
